A growing ad-hoc community of writers, editors, and general literary lovers around the world, centered around my full-time career of freelance book editing. I wondered how I might be able to bring a literary community together just myself, without the big backing of being an editor at Random House or what have you, or even a small prestigious indie press in Brooklyn or whatever. This free newsletter is an attempt to start doing that, by regularly sharing good news about recent publishing triumphs among my growing list of author clients, combined with an in-depth look each issue at a specific issue from grammar, the publishing industry, or something along those lines. I also throw in a master list of all book and movie reviews I’ve recently posted at Goodreads and Letterboxd, and share interesting questions I’ve been answering for English as a Second Language students at Reddit.
